User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and www.mini-film.com governing your use of our platform.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and maintain your account security.
2. Content Guidelines
- You warrant that you own or have rights to upload content.
- You grant Minifilm LLC a limited license to use your content for platform functionality.
- You may specify how buyers may use your content by setting licensing terms.
- Prohibited Content: Users are forbidden from uploading content that infringes on any third-party rights.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All marketplace sales are final unless stated otherwise.
- Refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy.
- Disputes over payments will be handled according to the Dispute Resolution clause.
4. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or as permitted by law.
- Mediation: Parties may first attempt to resolve disputes through mediation facilitated by Minifilm LLC
